Returns
- As long as the return is initiated with customer service and the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of the order confirmation email (or a longer promotional return period, if applicable);
- All items must be unused, in their original and in a saleable condition. Customers may inspect products as reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund.
- All Apparel items (T-shirts, Bags, Hoodies & Socks) must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
- Final Clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes and dust bags.
Faulty Products
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
EU VAT on returns
Where a return is shipped from outside the European Union, any import VAT, customs duties or related charges incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you ship it via a tracked service. As the product is being returned due to an incorrect purchase, all shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility. If you have purchased from the EU you will be responsible for the VAT/Import duties liable for the return.
