Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Stud Tubs product. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know.

Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind.

Eligible returns will receive store credit only.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect selection or change of mind purchases.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may incur a 5% restocking fee.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will make it right in line with consumer law by offering:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Or a refund where required

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return your item (for store credit)
  2. Place a new order using your credit

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition

EU & UK Orders (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with local laws

Processing Times

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item
  • Store credit will be issued via email

Important Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
