Shipping Policy

We aim to provide reliable international shipping.

Shipping Locations

In order to provide International shipping, we currently ship from our warehouse in China to:

• Australia

• New Zealand

• United States

• United Kingdom

• European Union

• Canada

• Hong Kong

• Japan

• Korea

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Pre-order items will ship once manufacturing and fulfillment are complete (estimated dates are listed on each product page).

Please note: If your order includes a preorder item/s, your order will ship once ALL items are in stock.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom Shipping & VAT

We are a VAT-registered business in the United Kingdom.

• Orders under £135 (per shipment)
  VAT is included in the price and collected at checkout in accordance with UK HMRC rules.

• Orders over £135 (per shipment)
  VAT and any applicable import duties are not included and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
  Your carrier will contact you with payment instructions once your parcel arrives in the UK.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that VAT and import duties may apply to shipments exceeding the £135 threshold.

United States Shipping

Orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning all taxes and import costs are covered at checkout — no extra fees on delivery.

US shipping timeframe is estimated to take up to 30 business days to arrive.

Australia Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped internationally and estimated to take 30 business days to arrive. GST is added onto all orders.

International Orders (Outside the UK, US & AU)

International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, duties, and fees. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Canada Shipping

Orders to Canada are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Import duties, GST, and handling fees may be charged by Canadian customs when your parcel arrives. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

European Union Orders (DDU):

Orders shipped to EU countries are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, as required by local customs authorities.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centres. During high-demand periods or preorder campaigns, dispatch times may be extended. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. For international shipments, tracking may only update once the parcel has arrived in the destination country and is handed to a local carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Stud Tubs Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you cannot locate your order, we recommend:

- Checking around your delivery location

- Asking household members or neighbours

- Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external factors outside of our control (including peak seasons or international transit delays).

By placing an order, you agree that delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier constitutes proof of successful delivery.
